Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Nachwani Cycles. We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, giving you confidence in every transaction.

1. Return and Exchange Period

We accept return requests for a refund or replacement within 7 business days of the delivery date. This period is based on our business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2. Eligibility and Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Returns are exclusively accepted for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damage During Delivery: The product arrived with clear damage from transit.
  • Manufacturing Defects: The product has a verifiable defect from the manufacturer.

3. Required Proof for Returns

To protect against fraudulent claims and ensure a smooth process, you must provide an unboxing video for any return request related to damage, incorrect products, or defects. The video must clearly show the original, sealed packaging and the unboxing process in a single, continuous shot, without any cuts or edits.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or Assembled Cycles: A cycle is considered assembled if any of its components have been attached (e.g., pedals, handlebars, or wheels). A cycle is considered used if it has been ridden, shows signs of scuffing, dirt, or tire wear.
  • Accessories: Items such as helmets, bells, and other personal accessories cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.
  • Customized or Sale Items: Products that have been custom-made, special-ordered, or purchased during a clearance sale are final sale.

5. Refund and Replacement Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact us at orders@nachwanicycles.com or via WhatsApp at +919270436612 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. Please allow 2-3 business days for this process to be completed.
  3. Refund/Replacement:
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or UPI within 5-7 working days of the return being approved.
    • Replacements for eligible items will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Nachwani Cycles Pays: We will cover the full cost of return shipping for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange a pickup service for you.
  • Customer Pays: For all other returns (e.g., “change of mind”), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In such cases, a reasonable amount may be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling.

We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions once your request is approved.
